How a repair goes

From cracked to fixed, and you always know where it's at.

  1. Tell us what's wrong

    Text or message us your device and what happened. A photo helps.

  2. Get your quote

    We look up the part for your exact model and send you a price.

  3. Drop it off

    Your device gets a ticket number and a label. We note its condition with you at the counter.

  4. We order and fix

    Once the part is in, we do the repair and test everything before you pick it up.

  5. Pick it up

    You get a text when it's ready, and a receipt that shows your warranty.
